Service Associate

About the role

The Service Associate provides competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide over‑the‑counter services to business centre customers, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within the bank’s service standards.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, BSP regulations and the Anti‑Money Laundering Act, identifying and mitigating risk areas.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and the implementation of new technologies across branch systems.
• Engage with clients to deliver excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Perform administrative duties delegated by the branch manager.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong decision‑making ability, attention to detail and effective time‑management skills.
• High level of empathy, security awareness and a commitment to service quality.
• Ability to work systematically and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of banking transactions and regulatory compliance (BSP, AMLA).
• Proficiency in using branch banking systems and standard office software.
