Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

The Service Associate provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to bank customers while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role supports the Business Center’s objectives through high‑quality customer interactions and efficient transaction processing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver error‑free cash and non‑cash transactions in line with the Business Center’s service standards.
• Maintain compliance with BSP, AMLA and other regulatory rules.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Perform administrative duties delegated by the branch manager.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• High level of security awareness and attention to detail.
• Empathetic, service‑oriented and able to engage effectively with customers.
