Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Associate to deliver accurate, efficient over‑the‑counter services to customers at our Business Center. The role supports the branch’s objectives by providing excellent customer service while complying with internal policies and BSP/AML regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other teller transactions accurately and within service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Bank of the Philippines (BSP) and Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risk by following bank policies and procedures.
• Assist in process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Maintain orderly administrative functions and documentation.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.
• High level of empathy, security awareness and commitment to service quality.
• Ability to engage with customers and handle complex situations.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with standard banking transaction systems.
