Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

The Service Associate provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements such as BSP and AMLA. The role supports the branch’s business objectives through high‑quality customer interactions and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver error‑free transaction processing while meeting service standards for wait time and turnaround.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, BSP, and AMLA regulations.
• Identify risk areas and apply bank policies to mitigate them.
• Assist with process improvements and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage customers professionally to provide an excellent service experience.
• Perform assigned administrative tasks in an organized manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to handle complex situations, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
• Strong monitoring, controlling, and security‑awareness skills.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
