Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Associate to deliver accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to our customers. The role supports the branch’s business objectives while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide competent, error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and other regulatory rules.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain service standards such as acceptable wait times, turnaround times and error‑free transaction processing.
• Support process improvements and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage clients professionally to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Perform delegated administrative functions in an organized manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to handle complexity, make efficient decisions and manage time effectively.
• Strong controlling, monitoring and security‑awareness skills.
• Empathetic, compassionate and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
