About the role
The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers at the Business Center while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and BSP/AMLA regulations. The role supports the branch’s business objectives through high‑quality customer interactions and efficient transaction processing.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver error‑free cash and non‑cash transactions within established service standards.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, BSP guidelines, and anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank procedures.
- Assist in process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
- Engage clients professionally to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Perform administrative duties delegated by the branch manager.
Required profile
- Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong decision‑making ability, diligence, and effective time‑management skills.
- Good monitoring and controlling capabilities with a heightened sense of security awareness.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
