Service Associate – Bank Teller

About the role

The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver error‑free transaction processing and maintain service standards such as line wait time and turnaround time.
• Ensure compliance with BSP, AMLA and other external regulations.
• Identify risk areas and apply bank policies to mitigate them.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage customers with high‑quality service and handle administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle complex situations, monitor controls and maintain security awareness.
• Empathetic, compassionate and service‑oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
