Service Associate – Bank Teller

About the role

The Service Associate provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center of a bank. The role ensures compliance with internal policies, BSP and AML regulations, while delivering a high‑quality customer experience across multiple branch locations.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, check, and electronic transactions with zero errors and within established service standards.
• Maintain compliance with Bank of the Philippines (BSP) and Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas by strictly following bank policies and procedures.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage with clients professionally, providing excellent service and handling administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making, time‑management, and analytical abilities.
• High level of security awareness, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and able to interact effectively with customers and team members.
