Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role
The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides front‑line, over‑the‑counter services to customers at the Business Center. The role ensures accurate, timely transactions while complying with internal policies and BSP/AML regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver error‑free cash and non‑cash transactions in line with service standards.
- Maintain compliance with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) rules.
- Identify and mitigate risk areas by applying bank policies and procedures.
- Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
- Engage customers professionally to provide an excellent service experience.
- Perform assigned administrative functions efficiently.
Required profile
- Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong decision‑making, time‑management and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle complexity, monitor controls and maintain security awareness.
- Empathetic, compassionate and service‑oriented with good interpersonal skills.
