About the role
The Service Associate provides competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to bank customers. The role ensures strict compliance with internal policies, BSP and AMLA regulations while delivering excellent customer experiences across multiple branch locations.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash and non‑cash transactions accurately and within service standards.
- Maintain compliance with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
- Support process improvement initiatives and technology implementations in the branch.
- Engage with clients, offering high‑quality service and addressing inquiries.
- Perform administrative functions delegated by the branch manager.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to handle complex situations, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
- Strong controlling, monitoring, and security‑awareness skills.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
