SEO Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Eandd is hiring a remote SEO Specialist to manage and execute SEO work across client accounts, with a focus on driving organic traffic, rankings and business results. The salary is stated as up to $2000.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run SEO strategies per client, including keyword research, competitor analysis and prioritisation of work by impact.
• Optimise existing pages for search intent, keywords, structure and conversions, and work with content writers on new SEO content.
• Write SEO copy and create and optimise location and service pages at scale.
• Run technical SEO audits, fix indexing, crawlability, redirects and metadata issues, and implement fixes or coordinate with developers.
• Work directly in WordPress and Elementor to update pages.
• Build backlinks through outreach and digital PR, analyse competitor backlinks with Ahrefs and SEMrush, and manage local SEO, citations and the Google Business Profile.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and leads with Google Analytics and Search Console, and report meaningful insights to the team.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing SEO across multiple client websites.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicating clearly with the team and the client.

Required skills

• Keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimisation and search intent.
• Ahrefs, SEMrush and BrightLocal.
• WordPress; Elementor experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
