SEO Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to own and execute SEO work across our active client portfolio. This full‑time, hands‑on position will translate established search strategies into account‑level plans and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute account‑level SEO roadmaps, manage priorities and ensure contracted work is completed on schedule.
• Conduct competitive, keyword, content‑gap and opportunity analyses.
• Perform technical SEO audits, manage site architecture, internal linking, URL structures, redirects, crawlability, indexation, schema markup and Core Web Vitals.
• Execute routine SEO tasks within WordPress and oversee large‑scale website migrations and URL restructurings.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles, develop local landing‑page strategies and manage link‑building campaigns.
• Create SEO‑focused content briefs, apply topical clusters, resource‑hub strategies and strengthen EEAT signals.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and AI visibility; produce accurate reports and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Support and develop a part‑time local‑search resource, maintain SOPs and document technical decisions.

Required profile

• Strong technical SEO expertise with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Excellent organization, accountability and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks early and propose proactive solutions.
