SEO & Google Ads Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on digital marketing professional to boost online visibility and drive qualified bookings for an Australian short‑term rental company. The SEO & Google Ads Specialist will combine technical SEO expertise with paid‑search know‑how to deliver measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple websites, brands, and property pages.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation, and technical SEO audits (indexing, crawlability, site speed, mobile usability, structured data).
• Implement local SEO tactics to improve visibility in Australian destinations.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, competitor activity and search trends.
• Create, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy, bidding, budgets and remarketing.
• Perform A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages, and optimise for conversions, CPA and ROAS.
• Support backlink and off‑page SEO initiatives while maintaining brand reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both SEO and Google Ads management.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to link marketing performance to commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
