SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Denova is seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online growth and generate high‑quality inbound opportunities. This hands‑on position will manage both organic and paid channels, ensuring they work together to maximise lead generation and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute Denova’s SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings and inbound enquiries.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement backlink acquisition through outreach, guest posting and digital PR.
• Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for qualified leads and ROI.
• Monitor website performance with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO platforms, providing regular reports.
• Optimise existing content and create SEO‑focused landing pages.
• Design, build and maintain pages using the Divi WordPress theme for optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to align commercial priorities with marketing initiatives.
• Create high‑quality content such as articles, case studies, blogs and marketing collateral.
• Support LinkedIn and broader digital campaigns with engaging content.
• Analyse campaign performance across paid and organic channels and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably in a hands‑on role.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines.
• Resides in the Philippines and can work the 15:00‑00:00 shift.
