Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead talent acquisition efforts for AboitizPower, focusing on sourcing, advertising, and coordinating recruitment for technical and professional positions. You will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for plantilla, contractual and project‑based roles in line with approved hiring procedures.
• Source qualified candidates for executive, managerial, professional and staff‑level positions using job boards, social media, employee referrals and direct sourcing.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies, headhunters and job fairs.
• Regularly review and update posted vacancies across all recruitment platforms.
• Administer employment assessments, examinations and pre‑employment tests, and evaluate results for hiring manager endorsement.
• Keep recruitment trackers, dashboards and manpower monitoring files accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts promptly and ensure timely submission of required reports to government agencies.
• Generate attraction, turnover and other HR reports as needed.

Required profile

• Strong network of technical professionals, preferably in the energy or power sector.
• Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for various employment types.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with external recruitment partners.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking and reporting.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
