Senior Team Manager - Controllership

About the role

The Senior Team Manager – Controllership will support the Company’s finance function by leading a sub‑tower of the Controllership Center of Excellence. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, drive performance against targets, and champion continuous improvement across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, post and approve journals; verify accuracy of financial data.
• Maintain organized reconciliation records and generate GL, AR, AP reports for management review.
• Upload ERP trial balances to consolidation software and perform balance‑sheet and trial‑balance reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements and disclosures.
• Collaborate with regional teams on group consolidation processes and address technical accounting issues.
• Support internal and external audit activities, providing documentation and acting as liaison.
• Run daily huddles, monitor KPIs, set performance targets with the COE Controllership Tower Lead, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Manage RTO schedules, monitor team capacity, and resolve disputes in Datos.
• Promote continuous professional development and implement legislative or best‑practice changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in controllership, financial reporting, and team leadership.
• Ability to set and monitor performance targets and KPIs.
• Strong collaboration skills with regional finance functions and auditors.
