Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and support employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will build strong talent pipelines, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and help foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters, negotiate offers and track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire and offer acceptance rate.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate pre‑joining activities, background verification and ensure smooth onboarding through probation.
• Conduct new‑hire orientation and collaborate with IT and facilities for workplace readiness.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, recognition and culture‑building activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, covering full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Exposure to employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
• Experience with ATS or HRMS platforms is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Management Systems (HRMS).
