Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Philippines office and support recruitment for engineering and corporate projects across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source highly qualified professionals and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent for critical business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, social media, referrals and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates on technical and behavioural competencies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for engineering, technical and corporate positions.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare shortlists and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, candidate databases and ATS records.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and sourcing strategies.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in engineering consultancy, construction, infrastructure or PMC projects.
• Proven track record recruiting for large‑scale, fast‑paced projects and supporting recruitment for Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major recruitment platforms.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
