Senior Store Manager – Cebu City

About the role

The Senior Store Manager will own the commercial success of two or more stores in Cebu City, driving sales, profitability and an exceptional shopping experience. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead store teams, ensure policy compliance and champion the brand’s values across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store performance, meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Analyze store data, challenge the status quo and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching Store Supervisors and ensuring a manager is always present.
• Schedule staff, manage recruitment, training and HR compliance for all stores.
• Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising, merchandise availability and cash handling procedures.
• Implement loss‑prevention policies and ensure a safe, productive environment.
• Develop high‑performance culture through clear expectations, performance analysis and feedback.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to identify and develop talent for future growth.

Required profile

• Proven ability to own and drive commercial success of multiple retail locations.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Leadership experience that includes coaching, scheduling and performance management.
• Commitment to brand values and consistent execution of standards.
• Experience ensuring legal, financial and operational integrity of stores.
