Senior Staff Accountant – Corporate Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our corporate accounting team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month‑end close, and providing detailed financial analysis for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process large, complex journal entries.
• Perform balance‑sheet, general‑ledger, and sub‑ledger reconciliations.
• Handle P&L analysis, variance reporting, and contra‑asset account management.
• Execute high‑volume bank reconciliation activities, including corporate‑level accounts.
• Process pre‑payments, intercompany transactions, and manual accounting entries.
• Support financial reporting, data validation, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with accounting data analysis using financial systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience for senior level (or at least 2 years for staff level).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency (data manipulation, formulas, reporting, analysis).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience with high‑volume bank reconciliations.
