Key responsibilities
- Execute tasks according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain detailed understanding of processes and standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to internal controls and suggest process improvements.
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in Spanish.
Required profile
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Willing to work in Pasig City and accept night shift hours.
