Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to collaborate closely with the Product Owner and development team, turning product requirements into high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Refine user stories, provide accurate estimates, and translate requirements into working software.
• Respond to incidents and bug reports, resolving them promptly.
• Communicate progress, identify blockers, and escalate risks.
• Ensure code quality by writing automated tests and passing analysis and security tools.
• Research and acquire new technologies to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong design and architectural skills with cloud solution experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership.
• Broad knowledge across software engineering with depth in a specific field.
• Ability to balance business and system needs while making technical trade‑offs.
• Effective communication, self‑driven attitude, and continuous self‑improvement.

Required skills

• Microservice development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with messaging systems (AWS SNS, AWS SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
• Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• AI experience is a plus.
