Senior Software Engineer (C# .NET, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in C# .NET 8, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka to build legally compliant, enterprise‑grade applications. The role combines microservices design, AI‑assisted development, and mentorship to drive technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Stay current with AI trends and integrate AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist) into daily development.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to align architecture with intelligent systems.
• Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of high‑performance .NET microservices using Docker and REST APIs.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers and promote best practices in security and DevOps.
• Participate in strategic planning, technical roadmap discussions, and client technical meetings.

Required profile

• Strong experience with C# .NET 8, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, and REST APIs.
• Proven ability to design and maintain microservices architectures.
• Experience applying AI tools in software development and understanding ethical AI principles.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for clean architecture and performance optimization.
