Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, highly organized Senior Social Media Manager to join a fast‑moving video production company. This part‑time, fully remote role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, allowing you to shape client campaigns, develop compelling content ideas, and own the social media approach from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive content plans that align with diverse client goals and audience insights.
• Conceptualise native social content, thumb‑stopping hooks, and platform‑specific campaign strategies.
• Lead client calls, present social strategies, and explain data‑driven creative decisions.
• Edit short‑form video assets (films, reels) to a polished, social‑first standard.
• Support production logistics, including call sheets and shoot preparations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content creation within an agency or video‑production environment.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, current trends, and algorithm mechanics.
• Strong written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently as the internal social media expert.
