Senior Social Media Customer Advocate

About the role

As a Senior Customer Advocate with a social‑media focus, you will manage and respond to customer inquiries across platforms, enhance the brand’s online presence, and ensure timely, personalized support for our community.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and actively engage with customer inquiries and comments on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other channels.
• Provide prompt, accurate responses and resolve issues, collaborating with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support when needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships through empathetic social‑media interactions.
• Share relevant content, updates and announcements to keep customers informed.
• Compile and report feedback, trends and insights to internal teams.
• Advocate for product and service improvements based on social‑media feedback.
• Adhere to company guidelines and maintain a consistent, professional brand voice.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of customer‑support experience with a focus on social‑media management.
• Strong understanding of major social‑media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with social‑media support tools (preferred).
• Excellent written communication and ability to craft concise, engaging responses.
• Empathetic, customer‑centric mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
