Senior Revit Designer

About the role

As a Senior Revit Designer at Zebra, you will translate design concepts into accurate, coordinated Revit models and construction documents for international retail and hospitality projects. You will work closely with architects, interior designers and the Design Manager in a collaborative, innovation‑driven environment based in Manila.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural and interior design concepts from schematic planning through design development.
• Create and manage high‑quality Revit models, renderings, presentation material and full drawing packages.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Revit Designers.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews, resolve technical issues and ensure consistency with project requirements.
• Support clash detection and BIM coordination using Navisworks, BIM 360 and LOD 300‑350 workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional drafting and Revit modeling experience, preferably in design consulting or international outsourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex design and documentation tasks independently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with architectural rendering tools such as Enscape or similar.
• Familiarity with Navisworks and BIM 360 for clash detection and coordination.
• Understanding of BIM workflows (LOD 300‑350) and schematic‑to‑design‑development processes.
• Strong technical problem‑solving and attention to detail.
