Senior Reference File Maintainer Associate

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Senior Reference File Maintainer Associate in Taguig City. Working under direct supervision, you will research the US managed care industry, especially health insurance plans, and maintain the IQVIA database.

Key responsibilities

• Research and create documentation on the profiled data regarding the US managed care industry.
• Bridge medical claims with the IQVIA payer universe.
• Perform daily tasks to meet the defined production targets.
• Follow quality processes thoroughly according to the given standards.
• Ensure requirements from the client's local office counterparts are met.
• Respond to client queries in a timely manner.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and process documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a medical allied course, business administration or information technology-related course.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience in health insurance is an advantage.
• Experience with pharmacy benefit management accounts is an advantage.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts and/or in the Ortigas area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and Access.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
