Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

ECI is a global provider of managed services, cybersecurity, and business transformation for mid‑market financial services firms. The company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to act as a strategic talent acquisition partner, leading full‑cycle recruitment for technical, non‑technical, and hard‑to‑fill positions at its Manila office.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Lead intake meetings, provide market intelligence, and keep stakeholders updated on pipeline health and hiring progress.
• Execute full‑life‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing via Boolean search, referrals, networking, and social media.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Conduct behavioral and competency‑based interviews, assess candidate fit, and drive offer negotiations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and promote ECI’s employer brand.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and monitor recruiting metrics for continuous improvement.
• Participate in recruiting projects, process improvements, and share best practices with junior team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive full‑cycle recruiting experience, including technical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Proven ability to manage 15‑20 concurrent searches and serve as a trusted talent advisor.
• Exceptional sourcing skills with a track record of building talent networks.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
• Results‑driven, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience conducting behavioral interviews and leveraging recruiting technology and market insights.
