Senior Recruiter – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

Outsource Recruiter is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for multiple client accounts. The role is fully remote and focuses on both boutique niche hiring and high‑volume recruitment for US and Canadian clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across several client accounts, from sourcing to offer.
• Handle both specialized boutique positions and large‑scale volume hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create effective job briefs.
• Source candidates via job boards, databases, direct outreach and social channels.
• Conduct screenings, assessments and maintain accurate candidate records in Manatal CRM.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and ensure a professional experience.
• Track pipelines and recruitment tasks using Asana.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing‑agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with both niche/boutique and high‑volume hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills for hard‑to‑find talent.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing setting.

Required skills

• Manatal (or similar recruitment CRM) proficiency.
• Asana project‑management tool usage.
