Senior Recruiter – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

Outsource Recruiter is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for multiple client accounts. This fully remote, full‑time position blends boutique, niche recruiting with high‑volume hiring, allowing you to shape talent pipelines for US and Canadian clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across several client accounts and requisitions.
• Handle both specialized boutique searches and large‑scale volume hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, databases, and direct outreach.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and maintain accurate candidate records in Manatal CRM.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a professional experience.
• Track pipelines and recruitment tasks using Asana.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing‑agency environment.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience in both niche/boutique and high‑volume hiring.
• Demonstrated skill in sourcing hard‑to‑find, specialized talent.
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management abilities.
