Senior Recruiter – Remote (Digital, Creative & Marketing)

Bamboo Works is a fast‑growing international recruitment firm that builds high‑quality remote teams for global clients. We are seeking a Mid‑Level to Senior Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for digital, creative and marketing positions, while maintaining our focus on quality over quantity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate‑client alignment.
• Source, screen, interview and present high‑quality candidates for assigned roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to create robust talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity logs in the ATS.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends and hiring dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality recruitment outcomes.
• Support operational and administrative tasks to keep recruitment processes smooth.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with remote and international hiring.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• High attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, accountable and solutions‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
