Senior Records Management Associate / Records Management Analyst 1

About the role

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, is looking for a Senior Records Management Associate / Records Management Analyst 1 in Pasig. The role provides quality-check assistance to study teams on Trial Master File (TMF) matters and applies clinical research records management expertise across multiple projects, sites and teams, in line with SOPs, GCP and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex administrative tasks supporting project execution and assist in updating and maintaining project data within timelines.
• Monitor filing accuracy and compliance against IQVIA or customer file plans and SOPs.
• Train team members on records management tasks, policies and procedures.
• Design and administer records management systems and processes.
• Maintain client communications and ensure project deadlines and goals are met through daily monitoring.
• Support management with strategic goals, plans, cost proposals and resource projections; may act as team leader for records management projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in records management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in a records management or technically related area.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP and relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, stay focused under pressure, and lead others.

Required skills

• Knowledge of technology applications and general computer software, with accurate data entry.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational and planning skills.
