Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

Percepta is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its Global Project Management Office. This fully remote position supports clients across the United States and Canada, delivering large‑scale projects in the contact‑center and automotive sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead medium to large, complex projects (often multiple in parallel) with accountability for schedule, scope, budget and quality.
• Act as the central point of contact for clients, internal teams and external vendors.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project team structures, allocate resources and staff projects appropriately.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including WBS and Gantt charts.
• Support presales activities, contribute to RFX and SOW creation.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; manage issues and escalations.
• Control change requests to prevent scope creep and ensure project health.
• Report project status, health and KPI metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven ability to influence and lead project teams with minimal supervision.
• Strong team‑oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing projects in a contact‑center environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Willingness to work Eastern Time business hours and support global time zones when needed.
