Senior Project Manager – Privileged Access Management

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will be the central execution hub for Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives. Working across engineering, security, vendors and partner teams, the role drives planning, delivery, and reporting while ensuring strong governance and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for PAM initiatives, creating integrated plans, timelines and milestones aligned to the security roadmap.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, escalating when necessary.
• Facilitate regular program cadences such as status reviews, working sessions and executive updates, documenting outcomes.
• Produce status reports covering milestones, risks and target completion dates.
• Support change‑management and adoption activities across impacted teams.
• Monitor delivery performance against scope, schedule and prioritized outcomes, and remove blockers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, execution and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
