Senior Project Manager, Market Research (Remote)

About the role

M3 USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead international healthcare market research projects. The role serves as the primary liaison between M3, clients, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end quantitative and qualitative market research studies, overseeing client communication, vendor coordination, sample recruitment, and data collection.
• Set up and test survey links, conduct quality checks, handle respondent inquiries, and manage honoraria.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, define specifications, timelines, and responsibilities for all stakeholders.
• Monitor productivity, generate progress reports, and ensure study profitability by tracking costs against budgets.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve issues and improve study performance, often outside US EST business hours.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 5+ years of market research project management experience, preferably in medical or healthcare.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math skills for calculating incidence rates, response rates, honoraria, and profit.
