About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of diverse marketing and digital projects for our clients in Manila. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from ideation through execution, ensuring high‑quality output that meets client expectations and drives business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day account operations autonomously, coordinating internal and external teams.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive support.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, delivering on‑time and on‑budget.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure project performance and team productivity.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering professional development.
• Identify up‑selling and new‑business opportunities in collaboration with the Account Director.
• Forecast resource needs and support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing multiple complex marketing or digital projects.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on project profitability.
• Positive, proactive attitude with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with alcohol or refreshment brands is preferred.
