Senior Project Manager

About the role

Walr is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality data for its fast‑growing client base. You will act as a trusted consultant, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure surveys are designed, programmed, sampled, and processed efficiently while maintaining an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of data projects, aligning internal teams and clients on survey design, sample plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate survey programming, ensuring surveys are fit‑for‑purpose, on schedule, and error‑free.
• Oversee sampling and field strategy, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.
• Manage data processing to guarantee timely, accurate final deliverables that meet client specifications.
• Maintain proactive client communication, providing updates, advising on trade‑offs, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Leverage Walr’s technology, audience panels, and expert team to meet client needs.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities across the data collection process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the full data‑collection lifecycle within quantitative market research.
• Strong client‑facing and consulting skills, with a track record of delivering projects profitably.
• Ability to work in a high‑growth, fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
