About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Coordinator to support our fast‑growing fintech team. The role blends business operations oversight with hands‑on data analysis, ensuring daily processes run smoothly while providing actionable insights through SQL‑driven reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and continuously improve daily operational workflows across departments.
- Coordinate logistics, inventory, and supply‑chain tasks as needed.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and drive efficiency.
- Utilize SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data from back‑end systems.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and operational insights for decision‑making.
- Maintain data integrity and resolve data‑related issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand system architecture and data flow.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Experience in coordinating cross‑functional operational activities.
