Senior Program Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Program Delivery Manager to design, launch and optimise commercial and new‑business programmes for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. The role partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to turn strategic concepts into actionable plans that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and map new programmes and processes for Commercial Operations and New Business.
• Translate high‑level concepts into structured commercial plans, systems and playbooks.
• Analyse existing programmes, apply optimisation techniques such as streamlining, automation or transformation.
• Define macro‑level frameworks to support decision‑making.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in developing, launching and executing key programmes and projects.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews, capture feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, management engineering, mathematics, statistics, business administration, operations management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, process improvement or project management, preferably in operations or FMCG environments.
• Preferred certification as a Lean Six Sigma Belt (Black, Green or Yellow).
