Senior Production Planner

About the role

Coherent Corp. is seeking a Senior Production Planner to ensure seamless flow of work‑in‑progress (WIP) on the production line. The role is fully onsite in the Philippines and requires close collaboration with purchasing, engineering, QA, and production teams to meet customer delivery commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Load the production line with sufficient WIP to maintain continuous flow.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to align material deliveries with customer commitments.
• Communicate changes in delivery or shipment schedules to customers promptly.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Production to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
• Escalate any concerns to the Planning Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in BSIE or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or electronics production planning.
• Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem‑solving mindset.
