Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Senior Procurement Specialist will lead procurement for the Marketing & Communications category, ensuring alignment with business goals, cost‑efficiency and compliance. This role will develop structured processes, tools and frameworks while managing the end‑to‑end supplier ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary procurement partner for Marketing & Communications, managing supplier onboarding, contracts and performance.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, including intake, vendor accreditation, due diligence, contracting and renewals.
• Lead vendor accreditation and due‑diligence processes, coordinating with legal, compliance and finance.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance against SLAs and service levels.
• Support back‑office procurement tool development and process improvements.
• Conduct market research, analyze spend data and report on cost savings and supplier performance.
• Mentor junior category managers and procurement staff.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in category management and procurement, preferably in Marketing & Communications or similar indirect categories.
• Solid understanding of the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle (intake, accreditation, contracting, renewal).
• Experience running structured procurement processes with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Exposure to procurement tool implementation or back‑office process development.
• Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in the EMEA time zone and attend 2 days of remote‑to‑office per week.
