Senior Process Trainer

About the role

The Senior Process Trainer will analyse training needs, develop and deliver learning solutions, and ensure that all associates involved in pharmacovigilance (PV) projects are equipped with the required knowledge of regulations, procedures and systems. The role works closely with subject‑matter experts and the Fortrea training team.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update training materials in line with procedural, system and regulatory changes.
• Select appropriate training methods to meet identified learning needs.
• Deliver trainings, act as point of contact for client‑specific sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coordinate team training and maintain complete documentation for all participants.
• Ensure the training process is current, consistently applied, and aligned with PV project requirements.
• Collaborate with the Fortrea learning management system for project‑specific training delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including 1–2 years as a trainer, preferably in a call‑center or medical information setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Good understanding of global PV regulations and ability to analyse medical information.
• High attention to detail and solid analytical decision‑making abilities.
