Senior Process Executive – CDM/PV (Registered Nurse)

About the role

Cognizant is looking for a Senior Process Executive‑CDM/PV to provide day‑shift, work‑from‑home support in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations. The role blends clinical knowledge with customer‑service expertise to ensure accurate safety case intake and medical information handling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle PV voice support and safety case intake for global accounts.
• Conduct structured, empathetic clinical interviews with patients and healthcare providers.
• Gather, interpret, and summarize clinical information, ensuring high‑quality documentation.
• Enter data accurately into safety systems and CRMs while following SOPs and Good Documentation Practices.
• Adapt to shifting schedules and regulatory updates, transitioning from onsite training to a hybrid work model.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; Registered Pharmacist (RPh) considered.
• 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, medications, and common disease conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite during training and later in a hybrid arrangement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with safety systems/CRMs.
• Good Documentation Practices (GDP) compliance.
• Accurate data‑entry capabilities.
