Senior Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

As part of the Global Performance Marketing team, you will design and implement online media strategies to drive acquisition, retention and branding for the North America market, collaborating with local teams and regional stakeholders. The role is based in Manila with frequent collaboration with the US team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and own the performance of all relevant online marketing channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and programmatic channels.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to deliver localized strategy, campaign and media planning, and creative development.
• Analyze paid media campaigns and product data to derive actionable insights for optimization.
• Plan and execute budgets to maximize marketing effectiveness.
• Drive growth hacking through constant testing to discover new marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in online paid media for app and web products.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving significant growth with efficiency in the North America market.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple markets and cultures.
• Data‑driven analytical mindset with a growth‑hacking mentality.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and own problem‑solving.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to improve workflows and efficiency.
