Senior Operational Lead, Managed Services

About the role

This operational leadership role drives high performance of the Managed Services function in Manila, executing the strategy set by global leadership and uniting teams to achieve shared business objectives while delivering exceptional cyber service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP, Managed Cyber Operations to ensure service performance and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Manila team and global leaders for Managed Services performance.
• Foster effective communication and alignment with global strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as quality of service, accuracy of output, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and stay informed on cybersecurity trends and MSSP operations.
