Senior NetSuite Instructor/Trainer

About the role

As a Senior NetSuite Instructor/Trainer you will help customers unlock the full value of NetSuite by delivering engaging learning experiences that drive confidence, adoption, and long‑term success. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to design and deliver tailored training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customer learning needs and recommend eLearning, adoption tools, and action plans.
• Design and deliver process‑based training aligned with NetSuite best practices.
• Facilitate end‑user sessions, webinars, workshops, and advanced functional training.
• Partner with Professional Services to align training with implementation objectives.
• Provide Train‑the‑Trainer, Pre‑UAT, and Post‑Go‑Live support services.
• Manage training events, environments, materials, communication, and delivery.
• Create assessments, curricula, eLearning content, and supporting resources.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to new offerings and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Passion for learning, customer success, and user adoption.
• Experience with ERP applications; NetSuite knowledge is highly advantageous.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, services, and functional processes.
• Proactive problem‑solving, change management, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Finance experience and exposure to learning‑content development are a plus.
