Senior Migration Review Lawyer – Fully Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified lawyer to manage a caseload of Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) review matters. The position offers full autonomy, high‑trust work and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• File review applications with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
• Collect, organise and prepare supporting evidence, statutory declarations and affidavits.
• Draft legal submissions and manage day‑to‑day client correspondence (email and phone) for administrative updates.
• Collaborate closely with the principal migration agent, who reviews and signs off all work.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer admitted in the Philippines or another jurisdiction (Australian admission not required).
• Proven experience preparing case files, evidence and legal submissions, preferably in tribunal or administrative law contexts.
• Experience dealing with government departments, tribunals or administrative review processes is a strong plus.
• Ability to work autonomously while operating under supervision and sign‑off.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Legal drafting (affidavits, statutory declarations, submissions).
• Case file management and evidence collation.
• Familiarity with administrative review procedures.
