Senior Merchandising Manager

About the role

The Senior Merchandising Manager will lead merchandising strategy for LCC’s retail operations in Tabaco City. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for product assortment, inventory control and driving sales performance. The role works closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure a compelling shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform product assortment.
• Manage inventory levels and optimise stock turnover.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost‑effective product delivery.
• Optimise product placement and visual presentation across stores.
• Monitor sales performance, margins and profitability, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 8+ years of merchandising experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and margin improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.

Required skills

• Experience with merchandising or planning tools such as SAP.
• Experience with merchandising or planning tools such as Oracle.
