Senior Marketing Manager - APAC

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager – APAC will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue across the APAC region. This role works closely with global and local teams while reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with overall business goals.
• Identify target markets, customer segments and adapt global campaigns for regional relevance.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a regional marketing team.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure effective lead hand‑off and alignment.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise spend to maximise ROI.
• Manage the regional marketing budget and work with external agencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the APAC market.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances and customer behaviours.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and make informed decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project‑management abilities.
