Senior Manager, Training

About the role

The Senior Manager, Training will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training programs that support business objectives across the designated zone or SBU function. Reporting to the AVP‑SBU Training, this role partners with functional heads and the broader Training team to ensure consistent, high‑impact learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage implementation of job‑based and leadership curricula.
• Support strategic training and development planning.
• Oversee rollout of training and development initiatives.
• Lead team development and personal growth activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or advanced study in Organization Development or Business is an advantage.
• Proven expertise in the ADDIE framework (needs analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation).
• Experience in retail operations is a plus.
• Relevant certifications from recognized training organizations are desirable.
